dodgy, bent 'rule,' the 'Chatham House Rule', it is the idea that 'secrecy
promotes openness and transparency'!
The Chatham House Rule is B.S. and
promotes nothing but fraud and shenanigans!
Only one thing in British
public life promotes openness and transparency - the Freedom of
Information Act 2000!
It is a great shame, and it will lead to our
downfall, that the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 does not apply to 'Civil Society' and the Third
Sector which is taking over public life and is unaccountable to the British public whose tax money it steals! By the billions - hence the so-called "cuts" in public spending!!???
