Niki Raapana, “Communitarianism is the fake political theory that advocates for a New World Order. Communitarians claim their theory represents a "balance" between selfish individualism and holistic communism. It is the new Machiavellian middle ground.”

Private Sector. TO CUT OR NOT TO CUT, THAT IS THE QUESTION

Quangos serve a serious purpose.
Quangos and Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) exist to suck up money unaccountably, and provide useless office jobs in order to massage the negative unemployment statistics for the Gov.
I firmly believe that it is the rise of the 3RD Sector organisations - the "charities, NGOs, quangos, foundations, trusts, etc. that are 100% behind the "cuts" we are now suffering, the 3rd sector "charities" can wangle non-profit status and have tax exemptions, plus they gobble up huge grants from the public purse, plus the Gov. often gives them public money too. So, these set-ups get public money both ways, from not paying up their dues like a proper business has to, and by getting huge freebies.
A double whammy!
Think about it, this is a massive sum of money, just the sort of sum that is needed for hospitals care homes, schools, disabled services, etc. etc. All the areas we are having to cut back on, now!
This is a scam, a fraud, is in place, moving services from the public sector to the 3rd sector (often to cronies of the Gov) so the public sector will eventually be erased and the "community sector" will replace it.
The public sector in Britain is now covered by the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (law since 2005) however, guess what?
The 3rd sector IS NOT!
Local Government is elected, but 'the community movement' is run by boards of appointed people.
This is how we are losing everything!
Slowly, gradually........Do you believe in coincidence in politics?
You are a fool if you do.

3rd sector - secret fingers in pies

Well this is shocking, it is fraud and corruption BUT, the only reason we now know about this is because of openness towards the public sector. The Freedom of Information Act 2000 has only been law since January 2005, but is being made obsolete already by the movement of money, power and responsibility FROM public sector TO the 3rd (often referred to as the community, charity, non-profit (my arse!) or voluntary) sector. This move is rationalised by the need for "THE CUTS!" However, once every area of the public sector has been sold off or given to the 3RD Sector - HOW WILL WE KNOW? IN THE FUTURE? About such fraud?
And anyway, how is it cheaper to run 3rd sector organisations through tax exemption and hefty grants, as opposed to moderate and regulated direct funding from the public purse? The answer is - it isn't, but more shenanigans can be covered up and got away with in the 3rd (unregulated) sector! Fingers in pies, unelected - just appointed by their buddies onto the boards in the 3rd sector organisations to wield power, etc.
And now the corporations are getting in on the charity/tax free band wagon. THINK ABOUT IT!

Stealing tax payer money to support vice?

A television station has found traces of cocaine in 41 of 46 lavatories tested at the European Parliament in Brussels.

Researchers for the German Sat-1 channel were sent to the palatial glass and steel complex to take swab samples. They apparently found conclusive evidence of drug use.
Parliamentary officials said they were not aware of any problem of cocaine abuse among staff.

The Institute for Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Research in Nuremburg, which analysed the swab samples, found that the amounts were sufficiently large that they could not have been carried in unwittingly by people who had picked up minute traces on their clothing, for example. They had to have been taken in by officials, staff or visitors, experts said.
Prof Fritz Sorgel, of the laboratory, told Spiegel Online, a German internet news site, that tests on almost any public building would reveal cocaine traces.
“Therefore I am not at all surprised that cocaine has been found in the European Parliament,” he said.

All the areas tested are open to visitors and the television station did not accuse any MEPs of taking drugs.
In 2000 the channel investigated 28 lavatories at the new German parliament buildings in Berlin and found traces of cocaine in 22. Shortly afterwards a Sunday newspaper took 22 samples from lavatories in the House of Lords and the House of Commons, four of which proved positive.

The claims of drug abuse at the European Parliament complex was greeted with derision by Nigel Farage, an MEP for the United Kingdom Independence Party.

He said: “Given the stultifying boredom of committee work in Brussels, it is hardly surprising. But it could explain the decisions they come up with.”

EU Roadworthiness Package Will Be LAW IN 5 WEEKS TIME!

This is NOT an EU proposal, nor a consultation; it WILL be LAW, in five weeks' time!
The EU is introducing law to make vehicle modifications illegal without official approval

This has HUGE implications for any vehicle owner who does their own maintenance, or people like me, who drive older 'utility' vehicles like Land Rovers:
Here's a report on it, explaining in simple terms what they intend:

<
http://www.the-ace.org.uk/armageddon/>

And here's the EU document itself:

<
http://ec.europa.eu/transport/doc/roadworthiness-package/com%282012%29380.pdf>

THIS IS NOT A PROPOSAL.
THE EU "CONSULTATION" HAS ALREADY HAPPENED.

This has been unreported in the Main Stream Media. I don't wonder why!

This is NOT an EU proposal, nor a consultation, it WILL be LAW, in five weeks' time, unless someone acts. An objection in the European Parliament is (I think) the only way it can be stopped.

As an example, this will put my Land Rover Defender off the road, permanently, because it had an engine change involving small chassis modifications done by the garage. The vehicle is 22 years old and sailed through its MOT a fortnight ago (no warnings nor work required).

To Frack Or Not To Frack, That Is The Question. Fracking and the Hegelian Dialectic.

Fracking – what is it?

Fracking – the new technology of fracturing rock formations deep below the ground by vibration; pumping through them, at enormously high pressure, millions of gallons of water mixed with lubricating chemicals.  This process releases gas from billions of tiny pockets in these rock layers which is gathered up and used for fuel.

Look at these excerpts from 2 articles from the BBC.  They cover the subject of fracking.
“Water UK, which represents all major UK water suppliers, said the shale gas extraction method posed a threat if not ‘carefully planned and carried out’….”
“..Current EU and UK regulations "should ensure" no such incidents take place, Mr Dutton said - but he said the government "wants to speed up the process" and warned that loosening environmental controls, as happened in the US, would increase the risks…”

“The government has outlined plans to give tax breaks to companies involved in the UK's nascent shale gas industry.
The plans would make the UK the "most generous" regime for shale gas in the world, the government said.
But they have been criticised by environmentalists, with Friends of the Earth calling them a "disgrace".
Greenpeace added that communities affected by fracking - the technique for extracting shale gas - faced a lot of disruption for very little gain….”

Here is another article on the subject of fracking from Sky:-
“Fracking Water Warning As Tax Break Announced”
“As the Chancellor unveils plans to slash the tax paid on some gas fracking income, water firms issue a warning over contamination.”

So what we have here is an example of how the Hegelian Dialectic is used by Government and its corporate colleagues to manipulate the fracking situation in its presentation to us.

The Government are in cahoots with the big baddies in the fracking business, giving huge tax breaks to these environmental vandals.

Environmental groups are the goodies, incensed by this (apparently) and want this dangerous practice scaled down or stopped altogether.   Water firms are also worried about safety and pollution and whatnot!

Oh dear! What can be done?  How can this be solved?

These are the 2 sides of the dialectic, in relation to fracking, and together create the dilemma.

The Government is contributing up the THESIS, which is:-
1)   Let There Be Fracking    all over the UK, a mad, fracking jamboree - paid for with public money in the form of tax breaks (which means we all pay!)  A FRACKING GOLD RUSH!  We must have power, we must have energy – at any cost! Go get it!
The water companies and the environmental groups are now setting up the ANTITHESIS, which is:-

 2)  Let There Be NO Fracking, anywhere in the UK.  We must not have this dangerous, risky, nasty energy – ever!  Those who want this energy are environmental vandals getting rich, with no thought to the consequences.  Stop this now!  Protest!

BOTH GROUPS ARE BEING MANIPULATED FROM BEHIND THE SCENES IN THIS LITTLE PLAY-ACTING SCENARIO.  A DILEMMA IS CREATED, ‘TO FRACK OR NOT TO FRACK, THAT IS THE QUESTION.’

3)   The SYNTHESIS, in relation to this subject of fracking, is that THERE SHALL BE SOME FRACKING. Moderate fracking, safe fracking, you know – the kind of fracking that cares for the birds and bees and little children and drinking water and fresh air! Dilemma solved!
In 3), The balance between the anti and the pro fracking sides is the perceived  “moderate” compromise between going fracking mad, or banning it forever.

However, the compromise (3) is actually exactly what the pro fracking Elite wanted all along.  A little play is being enacted here, by putting 1) and 2) before us in order to demoralise and confuse us, in order that we accept 3) so it becomes accepted as solving ‘the dilemma’ and becomes viewed as “fact” that:-  “Hmmm, yes, fracking eh?”  fracking is “moderately ok, I suppose,” “ what can you do?” “I don’t know!” “Perhaps we should frack after all?” “well, on the one hand… but on the other…” etc. etc. etc.       What’s on telly? What’s for dinner?  What’s the time?
