This should concern us deeply (but it won’t!)

Outrageous third sector  'charity' laws are enabling this, in other words the poor old, dumb tax-payer is subsidising it, while 'cuts' in the under-funded public sector are being made right across society! The third sector is gobbling up practically all the money that should be providing the basic services a civilised society requires.  Wonder why, funny that?

Cause it is much easier to fiddle from the third sector than from the public sector, less accountable, etc. After all, the third sector is all for self-monitoring, self-evaluation and self-regulation, isn't it?
