IT IS HIGH TIME THE FOLLY, THE OUT-AND-OUT FRAUD, OF THE 3RD SECTOR IS DISMANTLED, AND WE RETURN TO A DIRECTLY STATE-FUNDED PUBLIC SECTOR THAT IS ANSWERABLE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000! THE 3RD SECTOR IS TAKING OVER FROM THE PUBLIC SECTOR - AND IS UNACCOUNTABLE UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFO ACT 2000! IS THIS WISE?
WHY IS IT HAPPENING?  BECAUSE OF THE NEED FOR GOVERNMENT SPENDING CUTS? REALLY? 
I MEAN, REALLY? REALLY?
