Christopher Bridge, Moving Targets, Endless War

Christopher Bridge and many others like him were targets in Afghanistan – Why? When will this end? Will it ever end?
Senior Aircraftmen Christopher Bridge, aged 20, from Sheffield had been deployed on Operation HERRICK
providing Force Protection for Kandahar Airfield since April 2007. His role
took him into the local community to deliver enhanced security, not only for
the Airfield but also for the Afghan population. At the time of his death he
was providing security for his colleagues as a top cover sentry for a mobile
patrol.
SAC Bridge was an extremely popular and professional Gunner. He was
relatively junior in rank; however, he was immensely dependable and hard
working. His infectious sense of humour made him stand out amongst other
Squadron personnel and he could be relied upon to raise a smile in adversity.
If there was any remaining doubt that the infamous Council on Foreign
Relations (CFR) is back in charge of "foreign policy" TM,
Donald Chump dispelled it once and for all with last night's call for a
continuation and expansion of the already 16-year old war in Afghanistan.
And have "youse guys" (New Jersey-speak for the plural of 'you')
noticed how suddenly respectful and even supportive much of the Piranha Press
and many of the "Never Trumpers" were of the
oh-so-"presidential" TM sounding nationally televised
announcement? Hmmm. Perhaps Chump will
"survive" the coup after all. If ya can't beat em', join em', eh
Chump? Or perhaps, you were one of "them" all along?

On leaving his posh private school, toff Corbyn attended a polytechnic but did not finish his course due to arguing with his teachers!
Toff Corbyn then embarked upon (years) voluntary work for a charity after which he volunteered in trade unions (supported throughout by mummy and daddy, I presume.)
Eventually he entered politics and has been milking it ever since.

England, terror has one origin, says Iranian Foreign Ministry
The spokesperson for the Iranian Foreign Ministry says acts of terrorism, whether targeting Iran or the United Kingdom, originate from one source.
Speaking on Tuesday, Bahram Qassemi strongly condemned a terrorist attack at a concert hall in the English city of Manchester, which killed at least 22 people, and said the origin of that attack was the same as the source of a recent raid that killed 11 Iranian border guards in the city of Mirjaveh on April 26.
“We believe that the taproot and the ideological origin of terrorist incidents in Iran’s Mirjaveh and the UK’s Manchester is one and the same,” Qassemi said.
While he did not elaborate, his remarks were most likely a reference to Saudi Arabia…..
